History
In 1986, Shumka, Craig & Moore Adjusters (SCM) first opened its doors in Edmonton, AB. The three-man firm built its reputation through stellar customer service and a detailed understanding of the marketplace.
In 2008, following a major acquisition, our adjusting organization was rebranded as ClaimsPro, becoming the largest adjusting firm in Canada. Managing and administering claims on behalf of Canada’s largest insurers and self-insured corporations, ClaimsPro has been directly involved in the conception and implementation of customized claims outsourcing solutions as well as the creation of Third Party Administration (TPA) claims departments on behalf of numerous corporate clients and insurers. We offer the greatest infrastructure with the largest geographical footprint available in the industry with more than 120 branches coast-to-coast and over 1500 employees.
