The Specialty Risk Division (SRD) is our national team of commercial loss professionals. The division is comprised of Senior General Adjusters and Executive General Adjusters—highly experienced individuals who possess professional backgrounds in law, engineering, and insurance. The SRD, as a part of Canada’s largest independent adjusting company, handles a portfolio of commercial losses from coast-to-coast and internationally, coordinating teams of professionals and overseeing all aspects of the claim until its resolution. With over 50 commercial loss professionals, our team is the largest in Canada.
Drawing upon established relationships with various international corporate and self-insured clients, underwriters, brokers and reinsurers, SRD provides a single point of contact to streamline claims reporting and shortens response time.
SRD has established regional platforms from Vancouver through Halifax, and has recently announced regional leads to further improve service to our clients. This enhanced SRD leadership group will implement ClaimsPro’s strategic growth plan, large loss peer review and quality assurance, and build a strong SRD training and mentorship program across the country.
